What clients are saying...

I started training with Megan in 2017 and never looked back.  I am a cardio junky, competing in marathons and triathlons, and lifting did not come naturally to me until working with Megan on a weekly basis.  As a runner, I often am recovering from various injuries and Megan adjusts my training sessions to make sure I can build strength while not irritating trouble spots.  In addition, Megan works with me to develop race training plans to make sure the strength work completes the cardio.  Each year I consistently hit new PRs I didn’t think were possible.

I found Megan in early 2022 after years of chronic injury. I had been a distance runner, but struggled to stay healthy enough to train. Megan took me from knowing nothing about strength training to being the strongest and healthiest I have ever been. She is patient and encouraging and works closely with me to teach me new skills and good form. I am now able to run and hike despite permanent joint injuries, and I credit that to Megan's skill in helping me build the strength needed to support my body in the activities I want to be able to do.

Training with Megan has been transformational for my fitness journey. Since 2020, I started taking group fitness classes  and later transitioned over to personal training because I enjoyed her approach to both fitness and nutrition. Working with Megan has taught me balance, consistency, and how to effectively incorporate the things I love while maintaining my goals. This is the healthiest I’ve been in well over a decade, both physically and mentally. Between her challenging workouts and positive attitude. I cannot recommend working with Megan enough!

I started working with Megan almost 6 years ago and her approach to overall health and wellness has changed my life. Megan really takes a holistic approach to training her clients. She not only cares about my training sessions in the gym, but also what I am doing outside the gym like other fitness activities that balance out my strength training. She's been my go to resource for nutrition coaching over the years as well helping me lose almost 20lbs and create positive habits for long term health. 10/10 would recommend Megan to help you with your fitness and wellness journey!

Working with Megan as my nutritional coach has really changed my relationship with food and weight loss. She’s taught me so much about how to fuel my body and has shown me the way of intuitive eating. I no longer feel desperate to count calories in order to lose weight and feel confident in making healthy meal decisions.
